Changes in the neighborhood...

My neighbors are leaving! I'm not sure I'll be able to call this the Circus without them but they are moving to a really (soon to be) cute place with lots more room...Here is a demonstration of the fun waiting for the kids at the new place! We're currently taking applications for rentals for handsome single men between 45-65 ....

Spring 2010

I love this time of year...winter is over and things start popping up around the yard, like old friends and some new ones! The tulips and hyacinths are saying hello.....

My chives are pushing forward and the oregano and thyme and starting to green up

too.

The rose stems are green and the buds starting to pink.... Yay!

Preston's Art Class ~ St Patio Day

Preston's art class displayed their work for all to see. the largest one, was entitled: Chicken Nuggets. That cracked me up.... The Family portrait (above) was funny to me as well. The large black man (!?) is Papa, the larger blue person is Yaya. Preston is also black like Papa... Love the buttons (multi-media) and love the colors. His backgrounds all remind me of water... lots of yellows, blues and greens.

This caught my eye... this was 1st & 2nd graders: "What would YOU do if you were President?"

Happy Birthday to Cadence ... TWO!

I can't believe my baby grand-daughter is already two! Not a baby anymore...She is a lot of fun and loves shoes, animals and me! (well others, too, but she really goes crazy over her G-ma) I call just about every weekday and always love chatting with her. She tells me all her news. Happy Birthday....wish I could be there for the big party. Hanging out with Z and her bunny....

Weekend in review...

IEA banquet : Jayme and I attended the annual IEA (Intermtn Electrical Assn) banquet. My BFF's charity "Children & the Earth" were highlighted and they had a table right next to ours! Who knew? It was kind of a boring event, but we always have fun because our people (distributors) usually win "Best Of" awards so it is cool.

Preston in his Sponge Bob shirt I brought this to him from my Vegas trip in Feb. He really wanted a plane set, not "clothes" as he put it. But is looks cute in it.... and he likes it even if it is just clothes and not toys.

Delicious B-day cake by Kiyoko - Aarons party on Sunday. Kiyoko cooked a delicious spread.
